Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Review daily events and acknowledge VIP arrivals.
• Know menu items, garnishes, contents, preparation methods, specials, and alternative cuisine.
• Serve and clear food and beverages professionally and unobtrusively.
• Use the POS system for sales, checks, closing procedures, and cash-out.
• Carry trays, bus and reset tables, and set tables with linen, china, glass, and silver.
• Check guest satisfaction, resolve problems, and report guest comments to managers.
• Maintain clean, stocked, safe, and orderly restaurants, workstations, and storage areas.
• Perform opening and closing duties, light cleaning, equipment care, and outlet maintenance.
• Follow safety, sanitation, hygiene, cash, and credit-card procedures.
• Assist other food and beverage outlets during peak hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Secondary education is required.
• At least one year of food and beverage serving experience is required.
• Previous public-contact and/or cashiering experience is required.
• Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English is required.
• Candidates must be well presented and professionally groomed.
• Strong communication, customer-contact, problem-resolution, interpersonal, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
• Basic food and beverage product knowledge and effective cash handling are required.
