Waiter/Waitress

We are expanding our hospitality team and looking for enthusiastic, service-driven Waiters and Waitresses who are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth.

Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area.

Provide menu guidance and upsell when appropriate.

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Handle guest concerns with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

Previous experience in a similar role (UAE experience is a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong teamwork and customer-service mindset.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Positive attitude, grooming standards, and professional behavior.
