Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Check dish presentation before serving.
• Verify food items, table numbers, and special requests before delivery.
• Assist waiters and servers during busy service periods.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
• Clear dirty plates, utensils, and glasses from tables when required.
• Maintain service stations and dining areas.
• Assist with table setup and restaurant preparation before service.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide friendly customer service.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
