Role Overview

Leadership and Supervision

• Directly lead front-of-house staff by training new hires, coaching employees, and mentoring team members.
• Act as shift manager when needed by assigning roles, opening and closing operations, and leading floor execution.
• Support managers and senior staff during peak periods.

Customer Service and Guest Experience

• Greet and assist guests and resolve complaints professionally.
• Maintain the ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation of front desks, lobbies, dining areas, or waiting areas.
• Provide local insights or product knowledge where applicable.

Operations and Administration

• Oversee check-ins, check-outs, ordering, payment processes, cashier tasks, and cash accountability as applicable.
• Manage staff schedules and rotas, allocate breaks fairly, and ensure proper coverage.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, hygiene, and safety compliance.
• Process financial records, till counts, payroll or time logs, and other reports.
