- Ensure a seamless dining experience by anticipating guest needs
- Process billing and payments while adhering to control procedures
- Assist in table setup and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
- Upsell and promote services, concepts, and special promotions
- Participate in preparation, setup, and breakdown of events
Requirements
- Previous experience of 1 2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment as a Waiter/Waitress is a plus
- Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
- Hands on attitude and 'Can Do!' spirit

- Previous experience of 1 2 years in a Luxury Hotel environment as a Waiter/Waitress is a plus.

- Efficiently Processes Billing and Payments while adhering to FIVE’s industry leading Control Procedures.
- Contributes to a Luxurious Dining Experience by working Collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Team.
- Assists in the lavish Table Setup and helps maintain the Dining Destination’s overall Cleanliness and Atmosphere.
