Responsibilities
- Develop, plan and implement proactive Public Relations Strategies to promote FIVE and Enhance Brand Reputation
- Drive the Launch of Public Relations Campaigns for New Hotel Openings
- Cultivate and nurture long lasting Relationships with local, regional, and international Media Outlets
- Oversee the Development of Press Releases, Interviews, Quotes, Articles, and other PR Materials
- Craft and refine Editorial Pitches and Narratives that convey Brand Stories
- Coordinate Media Visits, and handle Media Queries, Interviews and Speaker Engagements
- Organise, Manage, and Promote Public Relations activities such as Press Engagements
- Carry out Site Inspections and assist at Media Events and Photoshoots
- Develop and Maintain a Network of Industry Experts and Thought Leaders
- Stay updated on Industry Trends, Best Practices, and Regulatory Guidelines
- Anticipate potential Public Relations Crises and come Prepared with preemptive solutions
- Handle any Public Relations issues Swiftly, Discreetly and Professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Public Relations; agency experience preferred
- Impeccable Communication Skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
- Strong familiarity with the Media Landscape in the Middle East region
- Ability to Multitask, handle tight Deadlines, and work under pressure

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Public Relations with a distinct advantage given to candidates with agency experience.
- Hotel pre opening experience is Preferred.
- Impeccable Communication Skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with the Media Landscape, Relationships and Network with key Media Outlets, Journalists, and Influencers, especially in the Middle East region.

- Ability to Multitask, handle tight Deadlines, and work under pressure in a Fast Paced Environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develops, plans and implements proactive Public Relations Strategies to promote FIVE and Enhance Brand Reputation in the market.
- Drives the Launch of Public Relations Campaigns for New Hotel Openings, ensuring Extensive Media Coverage and Stakeholder Engagements.
- Cultivates and Nurtures long lasting Relationships with local, regional, and international Media Outlets, employing Top Notch Communication and Interpersonal Skills to ensure favourable press outcomes.
- Oversees the Development of Press Releases, Interviews, Quotes, Articles, and other Public Relations Communications Materials that reflect FIVE’s Tone of Voice and imitable ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
- Crafts and refines Editorial Pitches and Narratives that mirror the essence of FIVE and compellingly Convey Brand Stories to the Press.
- Coordinates Media Visits, and handles Media Queries, Interviews and Speaker Engagements Promptly.
- Organises, Manages, and Promotes Public Relations activities such as Press Engagements, Interviews, etc. that are in line with business needs.
- Carries out Site Inspections and assists at Media Events and Photoshoots.
- Develops and Maintains a Network of Industry Experts and Thought Leaders for potential collaborations.
- Stays updated on Industry Trends, Best Practices, and Regulatory Guidelines related to Public Relations and Media Management.
- Anticipates potential Public Relations Crises and comes Prepared with preemptive solutions.
- Handles any Public Relations issues Swiftly, Discreetly and Professionally.

- Is Dubai based and works cross functionally across FIVE’s portfolio of properties in Dubai, Ibiza, Zurich and New York, supporting global Public Relations initiatives and ensuring brand consistency across all markets.
