Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented **Waiter & Waitress** to join our vibrant team at Saya.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. about portions, ingredients, or potential food allergies)
- Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering software
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure tables are clean and set appropriately before and after service
- Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly and with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- **Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.** Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,800.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
