Caffeino is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to provide high-quality service, ensure a welcoming dining experience, and follow strict hygiene and service standards. The ideal candidate will have good English communication skills, a friendly attitude, and previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafes
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner
- Present menus and explain food items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards
- Ensure tables are clean, set, and ready before guests arrive
- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Recommend menu items and upsell products
- Handle customer complaints politely and inform supervisors if needed
- Process bills and accept payments (cash, card, POS systems)
- Follow UAE hygiene and food safety regulations
- Work closely with kitchen and team members for smooth operations
Skills & Requirements
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Customer service skills and friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene
- Teamwork and coordination
- Well-groomed appearance
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
- High school certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafes
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Food safety training (e.g., EFST)
