- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus and provide accurate information regarding menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Take guest orders accurately and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar teams
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns efficiently
- Assist with clearing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area
- Support senior waiters and supervisors during busy service periods
- Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations
- Handle guest interactions professionally and contribute to a positive dining atmosphere
- Participate in opening and closing duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or customer service is an advantage
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and as part of a team
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Well groomed appearance and professional demeanor

Position Summary
