About the Role
Rotana Hotels is looking for a dynamic Waiter/Waitress to provide professional service and create memorable dining experiences for guests. The role requires a diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in F&B, with previous experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Responsibilities
- Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to standard of performance manual
- Greet and seat customers and serve them in a professional, discreet, and personalized way
- Acquire in depth knowledge of food and beverage menu to assist and advise guests
- Consistently monitor quality of food and beverage being served
- Practice good customer relations and attend to customer complaints/queries satisfactorily
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep of service equipment
- Responsible for all service preparations before, during, and after service (mis en place and mis en scene)
- Ensure minimum wastage, breakage, and spoilage
- Actively use upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue
Requirements

- Good command of English

Job Description
- We are looking for dynamic and self motivated Food & Beverage professionals.
- As a Waiter/Waitress, you are responsible to provide professional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to standard of performance manual.

Education, Qualifications & Experiences
