Role Description
FLAVE by Chef Wali is an elevated burger restaurant offering handcrafted gourmet burgers, side dishes, creativity, and hospitality.
This is a full-time, on-site Waiter/Waitress role providing customer service and dining support.
Responsibilities
- Take orders, serve food and beverages, and address guest needs.
- Set up tables, assist with food presentation, and maintain cleanliness.
- Maintain an inviting dining environment and uphold FLAVE's service standards.
- Work as part of a team during busy shifts and deliver an excellent dining experience.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in customer service and communication.
- Have experience in food and beverage and food service.
- Learn and memorize menu items quickly.
- Be energetic, alert, attentive, and proactive in service.
- Demonstrate teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
