Qualifications
- Demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle reservations, waitlists, seating plans, and booking systems.
- Communicate clearly and confidently and maintain excellent phone etiquette.
- Stay calm under pressure, multitask during peak hours, and work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant.
- Previous front-of-house or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Experience in Dubai or similar markets is an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are beneficial.
- Maintain a professional appearance, reliability, and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with restaurant guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle reservations and waitlists and coordinate seating plans.
- Manage booking systems and respond to guest inquiries by phone.
- Maintain clear communication and excellent phone etiquette with guests.
- Multitask during peak hours while maintaining service quality.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Support a welcoming dining experience for a diverse guest base.
