Role Overview

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform food and beverage service tasks according to the hotel's performance standards.
• Greet, seat, and serve customers in a professional, discreet, and personalized manner.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the assigned outlet's menu and advise guests.
• Monitor the quality of food and beverages served.
• Handle customer complaints and queries satisfactorily.
• Maintain outlet hygiene, cleanliness, and service equipment.
• Complete mise en place and other service preparations before, during, and after service.
• Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage.
• Use upselling techniques to increase revenue and exceed guest expectations.
• Work safely and in an environmentally friendly way.

Experience and Skills

• Previous hospitality industry experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Responsibility, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure are required.
• Additional language skills such as Arabic, French, or Russian are an asset.

Physical Requirements

• The role involves constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
• The role may involve occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, and using ladders, stairs, or ramps.
