Flaky Patry Croissants Co is seeking a waiter or waitress with hospitality experience to join its team.
The role focuses on customer service, food service, table preparation, and front-of-house coordination.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, showcase display products, assist with item selection, take orders, and serve food promptly.
- Coordinate efficiently with kitchen staff and baristas to support customer satisfaction.
- Arrange table setups before and after each customer according to brand standards.
- Provide friendly, professional, and timely service and report discrepancies or complaints to the manager on duty.
- Collect customer bill payments and hand them to the cashier.
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in English.
- Waiter or waitress experience is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,800-3,100 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
