Role Overview
The employer is hiring a barista to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including different types of coffee.
The role involves customer service, menu education, recommendations, order taking, beverage preparation, and latte art.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide drink menus.
- Answer questions about beverage ingredients.
- Take detailed orders, including coffee blend, dairy, and sugar preferences.
- Prepare beverages according to recipes and serve them to customers.
- Educate customers, make recommendations, and upsell special items.
- Prepare latte art such as Heart, Tulip, and Rosetta designs.
Requirements
- Customer service skills are required.
- Knowledge of brewing equipment operation is required.
- The ability to follow beverage recipes and create latte art is required.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time.
- Work is performed in person.
