Flaky Pastry is a croissant and specialty coffee concept with multiple stores in the UAE.
The Restaurant Manager leads store service and operations while maintaining high hospitality standards for guests and colleagues.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee restaurant operations by leading and developing the team.
- Maintain consistent hospitality standards throughout the store.
- Coordinate with the host or hostess to welcome guests and support busy periods.
- Resolve guest issues promptly and maintain professional relationships.
- Liaise with the chef regarding menu changes and menu presentations.
- Ensure food and beverages follow service standards and sequence of service.
- Control food and beverage inventory and maintain stock.
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of full-service restaurant management experience is required.
- Restaurant management experience in the UAE is preferred.
Work arrangement
- The work location is in person.
Employment
The position is full-time.
