Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Lounge menu items, beverages, and signature drinks and make recommendations to guests.
• Take accurate orders, communicate them to kitchen and bar teams, and ensure prompt delivery according to guest specifications.
• Handle special requests and dietary needs carefully and inform management and kitchen colleagues about preferences or allergies.
• Provide personalized service, upsell suitable services and products, and operate the POS and cashiering systems.
• Set up and clear tables and create memorable guest experiences in line with MOHG Legendary Quality Experiences standards.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a Waiter/ess is required, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required; Arabic is a plus.
• A High School qualification or equivalent is preferred, while a hospitality, hotel, or business management degree or higher national diploma is advantageous.
• Knowledge of dining service standards and familiarity with restaurant POS and cashiering procedures are expected.
• The role requires prolonged standing and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
