Job Purpose
- Deliver attentive, efficient, and professional food and beverage service to members and guests across the club's restaurants, lounges, patio, golf course, and special events
- Play a key role in creating an exceptional dining experience while maintaining the club's high standards of hospitality and service excellence
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably within a golf club, hotel, or upscale restaurant
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and wine/alcohol service is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food safety and responsible alcohol service certification is preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays in line with club operations
Working Conditions
- Regular shifts include evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Additional hours may be required during peak golf season and major club events
- Occasional outdoor work may be required during tournaments or when providing patio service
