About the Role
Trump International Golf Club, Dubai seeks a highly organized Membership Administrator to support the Membership team. You will manage membership records, coordinate renewals, prepare reports, and deliver exceptional member service.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain membership records, profiles, and documentation with accuracy
- Update and monitor the membership leads tracker and member database
- Prepare and distribute monthly membership statements and reports
- Coordinate membership renewals and process all related documentation
- Create welcome packs, member gift bags, and personalized membership materials
- Liaise closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate member billing and account management
- Monitor member gift inventory and maintain stock records
- Provide administrative support while ensuring compliance with club procedures and standards
- Welcome and assist members and guests, delivering a warm and professional front of house experience
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless member service across the club
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or membership support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in hospitality, leisure, golf clubs, or customer focused environment is highly desirable
- Experience using Jonas or Lightspeed Golf systems is an advantage

Job Purpose
- Reporting to the Membership Manager, you will support the day to day administration of the Membership department, ensuring accurate records, smooth renewals, timely reports, and a professional member experience.
Key Responsibilities

- Experience using Jonas or Lightspeed Golf systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional approach
