About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service by welcoming members and guests, assisting with bag handling, club cleaning, and general golf services
- Prepare and maintain golf carts, practice facilities, and operational areas to the club's luxury standards
- Support the setup and execution of golf tournaments, events, and daily golf operations
- Assist with player check in, course flow, pace of play, and educate guests on club policies and course etiquette
- Maintain the driving range, rental equipment, and golf operation records with accuracy and attention to detail
- Ensure all golf facilities, including the cart barn, bag drop, and surrounding areas, are clean, organised, and presentation ready
- Provide support to other departments, including Food & Beverage, when required
- Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures while contributing to a positive team environment
Requirements
- 1–2 years' experience in customer service, preferably within golf, hospitality, or luxury leisure in the Middle East

- Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills
