- Engage with guests professionally, anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Maintain thorough menu knowledge to answer inquiries and make recommendations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter in a high end, luxury restaurant or hotel is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional service.
- Ability to maintain high standards of service and presentation in a fast paced environment.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards in line with the luxury image.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
