Job Description
- Role: Bar Manager

- The Bar Manager is responsible for leading the bar operation and developing a premium beverage experience in line with the restaurant’s luxury positioning.
- The role oversees the creation of signature cocktails and beverage menus, daily bar operations, stock management, team training, guest engagement, and the delivery of high service standards.
- The position requires strong creativity, excellent product knowledge, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and curate a signature cocktail and beverage menu aligned with the brand’s luxury concept.
- Source premium ingredients and support ethical and sustainable procurement practices.
- Introduce seasonal updates and creative innovations to the beverage offering.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on food and beverage pairings.
- Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, organization, and smooth service flow.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock requisitions, maintain par levels, and support beverage cost control.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, licensing, and regulatory standards.
- Deliver a refined and engaging guest experience, including cocktail presentation, storytelling, and personalized service.
- Build strong relationships with regular guests and VIPs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and support service recovery where required.
- Lead, train, and mentor the bar team to ensure consistent performance and adherence to company standards.
- Conduct mixology training, tastings, and product knowledge sessions.
