Role Overview
- As a ROKA Waiter, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience.
- You'll create memorable moments, embody our vibrant restaurant energy, and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that define the Roka experience.
Main Duties
- Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and addressing any requests promptly.
- Deliver dishes to guests with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to presentation.
- Maintain a clean and well organized dining area, ensuring tables are set and reset to the highest standard.
- To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests.
- Liaise with the front of house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service and transparent communication.
