Main Duties
- Assist in the preparation of sushi ingredients, including cutting fish, preparing vegetables, and portioning ingredients, to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Support the sushi team with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of senior chefs, ensuring all dishes are prepared to brand standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station, while adhering to all hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Consistently strive for quality of service and maintain excellence and consistency in the experience delivered to our guests.
