About the Role
- HOOD Restaurant in Al Aweer 1, Dubai is hiring an energetic and professional Waiter & Order Taker.
- We are looking for someone who can provide excellent service for our Dine in guests and efficiently handle Car Takeaway and phone orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Dine in Service: Greet customers and manage indoor seating service.
- POS System: Use the Point of Sale (POS) system to register and process orders accurately.
- Car Takeaway: Take orders from customers in their cars and handle phone inquiries.
Requirements
- Languages: Fluent English is Mandatory.
- Additional Languages: Knowledge of Arabic Hindi is a strong advantage.
- Experience with POS systems and customer service.
