Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Emirati and traditional dishes (e.g., Machboos, Threed, Harees, Jasheed, and Biryani) maintaining original taste and high quality.
- Ensure food portions, presentation, and plating align with the restaurant's high standards.
- Maintain strict cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor kitchen stock, ingredients, and spices to ensure fresh supply and minimize waste.
- Supervise and guide kitchen assistants and helpers to maintain a smooth kitchen operation.
Requirements
- Proven professional experience in Emirati or Khaleeji traditional cooking.
- Deep knowledge of local spices and authentic cooking techniques.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Preferably with a transferable visa, though visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 1,200.00 AED 2,000.00 per month.
