- Maintain strict cleanliness, food safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen at all times
- Monitor kitchen stock, ingredients, and spices to ensure fresh supply and minimize waste
- Supervise and guide kitchen assistants and helpers to maintain a smooth kitchen operation

- Proven professional experience in Emirati or Khaleeji traditional cooking
