Job Purpose
Provide excellent customer service while preparing and serving beverages, food, and desserts according to company standards, hygiene requirements, and operational procedures.
The role is in the Operations department and reports to the Shop Manager or Supervisor.
Customer Service
- Greet customers warmly and provide professional, friendly service.
- Take customer orders accurately and process them through the POS system.
- Serve food, beverages, and desserts promptly and correctly.
- Respond to customer requests and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Bar and Café Duties
- Prepare coffee, tea, cold beverages, and other drinks according to company recipes and standards.
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
- Monitor bar supply levels and maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage preparation area.
- Set up service areas, deliver orders accurately, clear tables, and assist with opening and closing duties.
- Keep menus, tables, chairs, and service areas clean and properly arranged.
