Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate comprehensive barista training covering coffee preparation, espresso techniques, milk-based beverages, machine operation, grinder calibration, cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer service.
- Provide hands-on training and guidance to new baristas in a real-world café environment.
- Ensure baristas follow standards for drink quality, customer service, and safety.
- Monitor trainee progress, assess skills, and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and update manuals, tutorials, and instructional guides.
- Oversee drink and customer-service quality during training through periodic quality audits.
- Submit quality audit reports to customers by email.
- Mentor baristas, answer questions, and provide ongoing support.
- Encourage teamwork and support team members' personal development.
- Maintain trainee records and report development to management.
Compensation
- Pay starts from QAR 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person.
Requirements
- Hands-on knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso techniques, milk-based beverages, and coffee-machine operation.
- Ability to coach baristas, assess trainee performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of drink quality, customer service, and safety standards.
