- Deliver highly personalized, discreet, and anticipatory service tailored to each passenger’s individual preferences.
- Maintain the highest standards of cabin safety, cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times.
- Coordinate and manage exclusive catering, luxury amenities, and bespoke inflight arrangements in accordance with client expectations and protocols.
- Ensure seamless execution of flights while adapting professionally to dynamic schedules and operational requirements.
- Uphold absolute confidentiality and discretion when interacting with high profile passengers and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with the wider aviation team to provide a smooth, world class travel experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in VVIP, corporate, private aviation, or premium cabin service is essential.
- Impeccable grooming, elegance, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with composure and professionalism.
- Highly organized, self motivated, and capable of performing efficiently under pressure.
- Flexible, dependable, and service oriented.
- Demonstrates loyalty, discretion, and ability to build trust with high profile passengers.
