- Airport and Route analyses and feasibility checks
- Cost analysis and liaison with accounting team
- Ground operations activities and operational administration

Main Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Flight scheduling (overflight/landing permits, handling and fuel arrangements, additional supplementary services)
- Flight dispatch and operations control (flight planning, crew briefing, meteo, space weather and NOTAM analyses, movement control, crew control, irregularity handling, emergency response)
- Airport and Route analyses and feasibility checks to support commercial and flight operations department
- Cost analysis and liaison with the accounting team
- Liaison with the AOC team
- Ground operations activities
- Operational administration
- Crew notification
- Administrative duties relevant for flight dispatch department
- Communication with Customers
- Liaison between the Customer and the Company internal department to match Customer's expectations
