- Plan and review AV/ELV solutions, interacting with stakeholders and clients to identify and gather solution requirements.
- Prepare and develop the technical scope and solution's technical specifications.
- Conduct technical evaluations, design validation, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
- Plan and ensure the integration of various AV/ELV components and systems to function seamlessly.
- Provide expert guidance on AV/ELV technologies and best practices.
- Oversee AV/ELV projects from initiation to completion, managing timelines, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
- Oversee the installation of AV/ELV systems, conduct system commissioning and performance testing.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records, and prepare regular progress reports.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Develop routine system check procedures and checklists, and implement quality control processes.
- Coordinate and provide technical support for hosted events, and develop emergency response procedures.
