- Design, configure, and maintain enterprise switching and routing infrastructure (LAN/WAN/SD WAN)
- Manage and troubleshoot Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols including STP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and MPLS
- Configure and optimize WAN links, VPNs, and connectivity to remote sites and data centers
- Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability; perform proactive tuning and fault resolution
- Implement network changes following change management and documentation standards
- Support network security integration (ACLs, segmentation) in coordination with the security team
- Provide L3 escalation support and root cause analysis for complex incidents
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure design and maintenance
- Hands on expertise in switching, routing, and WAN technologies
- Knowledge of Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols (STP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, MPLS)
- Experience with WAN links, VPNs, and remote site connectivity
- Ability to provide L3 escalation support and root cause analysis

Role Summary
