  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and track decisions, commitments, deadlines, dependencies, and owners.

Corporate Finance and Analysis

  • Analyze business cases, investment opportunities, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, capital allocation, new products, cost optimization, and restructuring.
  • Prepare and review financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses, sensitivity analyses, valuation assessments, budget impact analyses, and commercial recommendations.

Performance and Special Projects

  • Monitor financial, operational, and strategic performance and analyze variances against budgets, forecasts, business plans, and objectives.
  • Identify bottlenecks, financial risks, delivery delays, and resource constraints, then coordinate corrective actions.
  • Manage or support transformation, operating-model, restructuring, process-improvement, cost-reduction, digital-transformation, integration, governance, and new-business initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, coordinate stakeholders, monitor risks and deliverables, report progress, and escalate delivery concerns.

Governance and Reviews

  • Coordinate Board, Executive Committee, and management meeting materials and maintain records of decisions, actions, owners, and deadlines.
  • Support governance frameworks, policies, reporting structures, and disciplined decision-making.
  • Review departmental performance, proposals, capital expenditure, contracts, vendor performance, cost structures, operational processes, and control frameworks.
  • Support confidential reviews and investigations, analyze records and transactions, identify control weaknesses or unusual activity, and coordinate with control functions and advisors.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Six to ten years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least three to five years of experience with a Big Four firm such as PwC, Deloitte, EY, or KPMG.
  • Current or previous experience at Manager or experienced Assistant Manager level.
  • Relevant background in external audit, transaction services, financial due diligence, deals advisory, corporate finance, valuations, forensic services, or business consulting.

Preferred Qualifications and Exposure

  • CPA, ACA, ACCA, CA, CFA, or an equivalent professional qualification is strongly preferred.
  • An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
  • Corporate or industry experience following Big Four employment is advantageous.
  • Experience supporting senior executives or managing cross-functional projects is preferred.
  • Exposure to banking, investment management, private equity, financial services, or regulated organizations is advantageous.

Technical Competencies

  • Financial statement analysis, financial modeling, corporate finance, business-case development, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and valuation principles.
  • Strategic planning, enterprise performance management, risk and control assessment, project coordination, process improvement, data analysis, and presentation.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and executive-level Microsoft PowerPoint.

Behavioral Competencies

  • Strong commercial and financial judgment, attention to detail, executive communication, analytical and problem-solving capability, and concise writing.
  • Ability to handle confidential information, challenge senior stakeholders constructively, work independently, prioritize multiple demands, and maintain execution discipline.
  • Professional maturity, resilience under pressure, ownership, accountability, and strong follow-through.
