Lesha Bank is seeking talented individuals to contribute to its current growth phase and add value from day one.

Purpose of the Role

Provide strategic and operational oversight of finance, accounting, and administrative functions.

Ensure accurate financial reporting, effective management of funds and SPVs, and timely settlement of receivables and payables.

Apply financial and accounting expertise to support decision-making and robust financial controls.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee finance and accounting activities, including NAV review, financial reporting, and fund reconciliations.
  • Provide guidance on fund accounting under IFRS and GAAP.
  • Coordinate accounting matters with fund administrators.
  • Coordinate fund and SPV audits with auditors, service providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage receivables, payables, cash flows, and settlements.
  • Oversee administrative and operational processes, controls, documentation, and compliance.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  • Support business planning, investment activities, and strategic decision-making.

Key Performance Indicators

Deliver accurate and timely NAVs, reports, reconciliations, and financial information.

Complete fund and SPV audits on time with minimal audit issues or outstanding matters.

Settle receivables and payables promptly and monitor outstanding balances effectively.

Adhere to accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.

Deliver and continuously improve finance and administrative processes.

Minimum Experience and Knowledge

  • Familiarity with fund structures.
  • Knowledge of global regulatory frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • CPA, ACCA, or CAIA certifications are highly regarded.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Five to seven years of relevant Big Four experience.
  • Strong understanding of equities, fixed income, private equity, and derivatives.
  • Solid knowledge of investment banking practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Willingness to interact with clients daily.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
