The Role

  • We’re hiring a VP Product to lead the Customer Growth & Experience domain.
  • You'll own product strategy, roadmap, outcomes, and development of the product team.
  • Domain includes acquisition, referrals, lifecycle marketing, subscriptions, customer support, and trust & security.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and scale Neo’s growth engines across acquisition, onboarding, referrals, and lifecycle marketing.
  • Define and evolve the end to end customer experience across support, and trust (e.g., fraud & compliance).
  • Define the long term product vision and strategic roadmap for your domain.
  • Lead, grow, and mentor a team of high performing product managers.
  • Act as the cross functional glue for your division, collaborating with senior leaders.
  • Own the results, moving core business metrics and customer impact.
  • Elevate product quality and execution across your teams.
  • Champion a culture of speed, ownership, and learning.
  • Apply strong systems thinking to design scalable, reusable product capabilities.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 8–12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Experience building and leading product teams in high growth environments, with both 0→1 and scale experience.
  • Strategic thinker who can move between long term planning and execution.
  • Strong product judgment, systems thinking, and bias toward action.
  • Experience leading cross functional workstreams with technical complexity.
  • Care deeply about talent: hiring, growing, and building healthy teams.
  • Lead with influence, not just authority.
  • Comfortable making bold bets and adapting quickly.
  • Domain experience in customer growth or customer experience is a strong asset.
