Qualifications

• Technology leadership background including experience serving as CIO, VP of IT, or Head of IT, with a proven track record of leading people and managing departmental operations and finances. Expertise implementing InfoSec policies and solutions is of critical importance. • Proven experience leading enterprise IT and security in a regulated, multi-entity, and/or multi-country environment; experience with SaaS, HCM, payroll, or healthcare-adjacent businesses preferred. • Demonstrated experience owning SOC 1 / SOC 2 (or comparable) audit and compliance programs. • Proven experience leading digital enterprise transformation and implementing modern technologies such as cloud, identity, data/analytics, and AI to enable productivity and growth at scale. • Experience leading post-acquisition technology integration (identity, email, SSO, security baseline, vendor consolidation). • Strong project management, vendor management, and budget-management skills. • Excellent business acumen combined with creative problem-solving and analytical skills; a strategic thinker able to see beyond what is and imagine what should be. • Strong negotiator and communicator, able to build credibility with senior business leaders and drive change through influence and persuasion. • High degree of entrepreneurial spirit and initiative; willing to “roll up sleeves” and operate hands-on. • Ability to attract, develop, mentor, and retain top technology talent; sophisticated approach to multi-stakeholder relationship management. • Occasional travel to Viventium facilities (including Costa Rica) and industry conferences.
