Sr. HCM Specialist, Facilities Sales

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree required

Minimum Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on new business acquisition • Proven success meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas • Experience selling HCM, SaaS, healthcare technology, or related solutions • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills • Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills • Strong organization and pipeline management discipline • Experience using CRM systems and sales performance tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling into Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, and Senior Living markets, or other healthcare organizations • Exposure to workforce management, payroll, or HR technology solutions • Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial sales environment

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Base Salary Range: $76,600 – $102,300 per year • This range reflects the expected base salary for this position and is aligned with market data and internal equity considerations • Individual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location • This role may also be eligible for discretionary bonus or other incentive compensation, in accordance with Company plans • Viventium + Apploi is committed to maintaining competitive, equitable, and transparent compensation practices in compliance with all applicable laws
