Role Overview
The Vice President Finance and Administration is the senior executive accountable for finance, commercial, procurement, HR, legal, governance, compliance reporting, and administration.
The role supports the establishment of exploration and operating mining assets in KSA and is based in Jeddah.
Business travel is expected to Riyadh, other KSA joint-venture offices, and Australia.
Finance and Commercial
- Direct and oversee finance and commercial functions in a CFO-equivalent capacity.
- Ensure accurate and timely finance reporting to boards and government stakeholders.
- Maintain treasury operations and oversee consolidated operating and capital budgets.
