Role Description
The Level 2 IT Systems Engineer develops, implements, and maintains the company website and document management system through SharePoint or a proprietary system.
The role supports the ITC strategy and digital roadmap across KSA operations.
The role provides second-level support for ITC services, systems, and infrastructure used by corporate, project, and field-based users.
The position supports operational readiness, technology risk reduction, and secure project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Document Management System strategy and support the digital roadmap.
- Promote a customer-focused and value-driven IT-as-a-Service approach to technology delivery.
- Assist the ITC Manager with tasks, technical issues, projects, reports, and service delivery.
