Strategy and Business

• Align technology strategy with business strategy and steer the technology strategy toward group outcomes.
• Manage and measure strategic outcomes and align NRRP activities with technology strategy and scorecards.
• Deliver strategic technology systems and services that enable NRRP outcomes.
• Drive NRRP effectiveness and efficiency and ensure timely, stable system operations.

Processes, People, and Risk

• Implement systems operations processes using Systems Reliability Engineering disciplines.
• Transition implemented NRRP services to the Incremental Change model under Build and Maintain.
• Build and maintain strong technologists and technology leaders.
• Manage vendor-related third-party risks, information and cyber security risks, system capacity, and resiliency.

Governance and Conduct

• Ensure NRRP releases adhere to the prevailing System Delivery Framework.
• Ensure the NRRP domain meets technology governance standards across risk, audit, resilience, and service-level dimensions.
• Identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
• Embed the bank's values, brand, and conduct standards within the NRRP hive.
