WCube is recruiting a VP of Engineering into their rapidly growing business. This will be an extremely influential role in the shaping of an ambitious tech community and it’s essential that a key characteristic of the successful candidate is the ability to positively motivate and drive a team.

The successful candidate will work extremely closely with Co-Founders and will be responsible for driving strategy and best practice at all times.

Experience in an Engineering role with exposure to various JS frameworks

The ability to manage, lead and grow multiple tech teams

Experience with cloud technologies

Handled Scale in Tech

Logistics experience will be helpful

· Engineering or similar degree.

IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS, will be preferred
