Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate opportunistic real estate investments and development opportunities on a global basis
- Take ownership of financial analysis, underwriting and investment committee presentations
- Lead due diligence and transaction execution processes through to completion
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, lenders and key external stakeholders
- Oversee portfolio performance and support value creation initiatives
- Assist in shaping investment strategy and identifying new growth opportunities
Requirements
- Significant experience within real estate private equity, principal investing, development or investment banking
- Excellent transaction execution skills and strong financial modelling capabilities
- International experience across multiple geographies and asset classes
- Proven ability to originate and execute complex investment opportunities
- Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
