About the Role
A leading global investment firm is seeking a senior investor to join its European infrastructure team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading transactions from origination through execution and portfolio management, with a focus on direct investments and fund commitments across Europe.

Responsibilities
- Lead evaluation and execution of direct infrastructure investments and fund commitments across Europe
- Build and review complex financial models, valuations and investment cases
- Lead commercial, financial and operational due diligence alongside external advisors and management teams
- Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior leadership and investment committee
- Manage transaction execution, fund due diligence, negotiations and documentation through to completion
- Develop relationships with sponsors, advisors, management teams and other market participants to originate and assess new investment opportunities
Requirements
- Significant transaction experience and proven track record in infrastructure investments, ideally in Europe
- Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills with strong grasp of valuation and accounting
- Confident communicator, comfortable in collaborative, high performance environment
- Willingness to be based full time in Abu Dhabi
