The role owns strategic data transformation initiatives across Data, AI, Technology, Architecture, and Governance teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver the organisation's data transformation roadmap.
- Ensure data capabilities support AI and analytics at scale.
- Drive modern data management across governance, data quality, lineage, metadata, master data, and data products.
- Use AI, automation, and metadata-driven approaches to modernise manual governance and quality processes.
- Identify and remove data and organisational bottlenecks affecting AI and analytics delivery.
- Establish scalable data transformation frameworks, standards, governance processes, and execution plans.
- Partner with Data Science, Technology, Architecture, Governance, and business teams to improve enterprise-wide data maturity.
Role Requirements

- The successful candidate should have expertise across data governance, quality, lineage, metadata, master data, and data products.
