Role Overview
Enterprise Account Executive / Sales Hunter role focused on new-business growth across the UAE and GCC.
The role sells enterprise technology solutions across cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, managed services, and consulting.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and win new enterprise customers across the UAE and wider GCC region.
- Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Directors, and other senior technology decision-makers.
- Create and convert opportunities across managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and consulting solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pipeline creation through negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop strategic account plans and execute targeted outbound campaigns.
- Collaborate with solution architects, technical teams, vendors, and delivery teams throughout the sales process.
- Position the business as a long-term technology partner rather than a transactional supplier.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of proven experience selling IT services, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong new-business and sales-hunting mentality with a track record of winning net-new customers.
- Experience building pipeline through prospecting, account mapping, networking, and executive outreach.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders across technology and business functions.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
- UAE or GCC market experience is preferred.
