Responsibilities
- Originate and onboard new financial institution clients across assigned markets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
- Drive trade finance and liquidity solution sales to achieve revenue and utilisation targets
- Manage the full client lifecycle from prospecting through onboarding and activation
- Coordinate KYC, AML, compliance, and credit documentation requirements
- Support commercial negotiations and facility structuring discussions
- Monitor portfolio utilisation, transaction volumes, and client activity
- Work closely with internal stakeholders including Credit, Compliance, Operations, Legal, and Finance
- Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and business development insights
- Deliver against individual and team KPIs relating to revenue, client acquisition, and portfolio growth
Requirements
- Experience in trade finance and liquidity solution sales
- Proven ability to originate and onboard financial institution clients
- Strong relationship management skills with banks and financial institutions
- Knowledge of KYC, AML, compliance, and credit documentation requirements
- Experience in commercial negotiations and facility structuring
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders including Credit, Compliance, Operations, Legal, and Finance
