- Welcome and assist visitors, exhibitors, and guests
- Support visitor registration and attendee guidance
- Direct attendees to exhibition halls, meeting areas, and event facilities
- Provide general information about the exhibition
- Assist exhibitors and event staff when required
- Help manage visitor flow and queues
- Distribute event materials, brochures, and badges
- Ensure exhibition areas remain organized and presentable
- Support administrative and event coordination tasks
- Report any issues or incidents to the event management team
