- Generate new business leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Qualify prospects by understanding their project requirements, timelines, and budgets
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the Business Development team
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets
- Coordinate with the sales and project teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and opportunities within the fit out and interior design industry
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or business development
- Experience in fit out, construction, or interior design is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Confident in making cold calls and generating new business opportunities

Job Summary
- Creation House is seeking a motivated and results driven Tele Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities for our fit out services.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, identifying their interior fit out requirements, generating qualified leads, arranging meetings for the sales team, and following up to help close business opportunities.
