Role Overview
Support dashboard delivery and analytics product development that convert priority data into usable business insights.
Build polished analytics products and validate that delivered solutions are reliable, maintainable, and understandable to end users.
Work Arrangement
- The role is based at the Bangalore, India office.
- Employees work onsite Monday through Thursday and may choose their work location on Fridays based on work requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate defined business requirements into dashboards, visualizations, and analytical outputs.
- Build scalable reporting and analytics solutions using Tableau, Google Looker, Dataiku, and related tools.
- Apply data storytelling to create intuitive, user-friendly, decision-oriented reporting products.
- Perform data validation, testing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Partner with stakeholders on reporting needs, dashboard enhancements, and user experience requirements.
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements to dashboards, reporting processes, and data structures.
- Document dashboard logic, metric rules, testing outcomes, requirements, and related processes.
- Present visualizations, findings, and recommendations in a clear, business-relevant manner.
